Along with blogging here on Bec Boop I am a Periscoper and have been live broadcasting on the app since the end of April. It’s been the most fun online adventure and I have enjoyed every second of it. My Periscope channel @BoopFashionista now has over 9,300 followers and 4million hearts which is insane! Since I was an early adopter of the mobile application I have been asked to speak at some events in Ireland and the UK about live-streaming, Periscope and how this can benefit your blog or business. 

One such event was the September Online Marketing in Galway (OMiG) Seminar in Ireland. This is one I was particularly excited about because before I moved to London I would always attend the monthly OMiG Seminars and to be asked back as a speaker at one of these amazed me. In February I won the OMiG Award for Best Blog 2015 and I was excited to share my Periscope experience with the people I had met at the various events. You can watch the Periscope broadcast from my presentation at the event here:

I had so much fun presenting at the seminar. Periscope is a topic I could talk about non-stop 🙂 Since then I have also presented at the Irish Bloggers Conference about how bloggers can use Periscope. I have also been asked to speak at a number of events in the UK which I am looking forward to. Finally I will be speaking at the Periscope Rally in Germany in December which I am unbelievable excited for (tickets here)!
