Beauty | Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer

Wahey it’s another Urban Decay beauty blog post! You guys know how crazy I am for this makeup brand at the moment and I’ve been featuring it quite a lot on both my blog and YouTube channel lately. In my Urban Decay Starter Kit video I used the new Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage concealer and I thought I would share my first impressions with you here.

First Impressions

I picked up this liquid concealer a few weeks ago in the Urban Decay store in Covent Garden (literally my idea of beauty heaven). I had shared a preview here of the concealer when they were initially released in February and had been really looking forward to trying it out. The concealer comes in 8 shades to suit your skin tone. I use the Fair Neutral shade which is the lightest. The fact that this concealer also acts as a cheekbone highlighter is quite the bonus and the demi-matte finish is really nice. It can be built up also which is good for hiding under eye circles. If you use the Naked Skin Liquid foundation the concealer will almost certainly go really well with it, which is what I currently use. It’s also supposed to go really well with the Naked Skin Powder Foundation but I haven’t tried that yet, I’d be interested in hearing from anyone who has tried this combination.
I think the bottle is quite a generous size but it’s also compact and narrow enough to slip into your beauty bag. The applicator makes it quite easy to apply although it’s not the easiest concealer to blend in I’ve found. I use the Real Techniques Pointed Foundation brush to blend my liquid concealers but found myself dabbing at it with my fingers at the end to ensure it was fully blended.
