Pastel Florals in the Woods | Outfit

This is an outfit I wore quite recently. I live in high-heels Monday to Friday in work so sometimes I love to just put on my cons and dress down, fashionably of course!

Floral Mesh Sweater & Silver Blazer Bershka // Converse // Ripped jeans Hollister //  Bag Ted Baker

I am a commuter as you might know and spend approximately 3 hours each day driving. I know the countryside on the route like the back of my hand at this stage and I am always keeping an eye out for potential outfit shoot locations. I was always a city lover but find myself recently falling in love with the beautiful countryside in Galway such as this little wooded area.
I love these faded ripped jeans from Hollister. They are such a perfect fit on me which I sometimes find difficult when it comes to jeans (#shortgirlproblems). I picked up this floral mesh sweater in Bershka in London. Although I don’t get the opportunity to shop frequently in Bershka as there is no store in Galway I always seem to find staple wardrobe items whenever i go in-store. The contrasting textures on this sweater really stand out and of course pastel florals…a trend that is not going away antime soon! This is a great way to wear floral print especially if you don’t consider yourself to be a ‘girly girl’ as the print is quite subtle. I usually wear this blazer on nights out, here I thought it was a nice way to dress up an otherwise casual look.
I hope you are looking forward to the weekend. Now on to a more important topic – #Nomakeupselfie I’ve posted my #nomakeupselfie on my facebook page HERE Something I never would have considered doing usually however this cause is so close to my heart. I think it is fantastic that a viral social media campaign has raised so much money in such a short period of time along with raising awareness about cancer. I didn’t have to think twice about getting involved and donating to the Irish Cancer Society.
